About Me

A note from Arline

About Me

I’m Arline, in my 20s, still figuring life out while sharing creative learning ideas and building my dream.

I started this blog in February 2025 as a passion, a hobby to combat boredom, and, honestly, out of desperation. I’m 21 years old, paying for college, constantly weighed down by the lack of money to support my education, and at the same time, worrying about what will happen to me after graduation.

“But lucky for me I have skills and always find ways to earn a living and this blog is one of it hehehe”

I didn’t want to go nowhere once I graduated, I told myself “One day you will own a nice home, a convertible car, and a cute golden retriever to keep you happy whenever you feel so low.

About Me

This is me in College balancing classes, chasing dreams, and figuring life

Some days, I feel unstoppable; other days, I’m just trying to survive deadlines and group projects. But through it all, I’m learning, growing, and building something meaningful for my future.

When I was in sophomore year I applied for a remote Accounting internship at Crewbloom. I was accepted but I was transferred to Sales department because it was already filled. Working in the night with my laptop and attending classes in the morning is hard, but hey I made it! I made extra income working remotely and I used that to fund my education.

10 months later my Internship ended and I was back on trying to find source of Income and that’s where I found Blogging. I saw this famous blogger on YouTube sharing her humble beginning. Her story is so inspiring and I thought to my self, If she can do it, Why cant I? right?, and so this space was born.

Something that I would ask myself.

Q. If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be and why?

  • Mmmm, if I could master any skill, I would choose geometry and trigonometry. I hate math, and I’m not a genius when it comes to it, but TikTok taught me that this particular field helps you think backward to analyze things more efficiently especially when assembling something where you need to work in reverse. If I could go back to elementary and high school, I would want to master these skills. Hahaha!

Q. What’s a childhood memory that still makes you smile whenever you think about it?

  • When I was a kid and didn’t have any siblings yet, my mother told me that my only friends at the time were dogs. Hehehe. There weren’t any other kids who wanted to play with a toddler back then. One time, as my mom said, I followed this five dogs into the woods. It was just me and them I trusted them completely. When we were heading home, I fell into a street gutter. Ew! Luckily, it was dry. The dogs ran off, but one stayed her name was Pappy (I know, sounds like “puppy,” right? Haha). I kept trying to climb out, but I couldn’t. Meanwhile, Pappy barked loudly and kept running back and forth between me and my mom. My mom had no idea why Pappy was acting that way she was busy chatting with someone until another person told her that her kid had fallen into a gutter! She rushed over and pulled me out. It was such a cute moment. Pappy passed away a long time ago, but I’ll always remember how she tried to tell my mom what had happened. She was such a cutie. Hehehe.

Q. If you had to eat one meal every day for a month, what would it be?

  • Marinated milkfish in vinegar, then fried, with rice.

Q. If you could swap lives with any fictional character for a day, who would it be and why?

  • Jon Snow—so that Daenerys would live and continue to rule Westeros.

Q. Share something from your bucket list.

I want to have a nice home, a golden retriever, and a convertible a two-seater, in particular—for me and my dog. Hehehe.

What I’m all about

Passion

I just love writing about things that interest me and creating eye-catching visuals in Canva. I want this blogging space to be a place where I can share, inspire, and connect with people who enjoy learning and growing together.

Community

There’s nothing better than good people. My friends, family, and this community keep me grounded and inspired.

Character

Dream big, but don’t forget to respect others. Kindness is free, and so is minding your own business. I believe in staying true to myself, embracing growth, and showing up with authenticity. Life isn’t perfect, but how we handle challenges defines who we are.
